There is currently no Red line service between Richmond and Millbrae. Passengers traveling to the San Francisco line can board an Orange line/Berryessa train and and then board an AC transit bus NL at 19th St. station or O at Fruitvale station and will taken to the Sales Force Transit Center near Embarcadero station.
BART service has stopped in the Transbay Tube between West Oakland and Embarcadero due to a PG&E electrical outage. Bus service is available via A/C Transit bus numbers- N/L Sales Force Terminal to 19th St station O Sales Force Terminal to Fruitval Station F Sales Force Terminal to 40th & Market (near MacArthur station.)

Passengers traveling to the San Francisco line can board an Orange line/Richmond train and and then board an AC transit bus NL at 19th St. station or O at Fruitvale station and will taken to the Sales Force Transit Center near Embarcadero station.
Due to ongoing Clipper upgrades, adding funds using vending machines requires holding your Clipper card (not tapping) at the reader, then swipe payment/insert cash, select value, and then HOLD the Clipper card again until the transaction is done. Thank you for your patience.
