Ingram Street and Jubilee & Second stop closed due to construction on Jubilee Street between Evans and First St for the next 10 weeks to accommodate construction at 162 First St for a new 130 unit affordable/assisted living residential building.
This section of Jubilee Street is expected to reopen to traffic in late August.
