You can contact us six days a week! We've added customer service hours on Saturdays and extended hours on weekdays. Kingston Transit will be updating our office hours (questions / lost & found) to the below:

Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
Sunday: closed

Johnson Street closed at Victoria from start of day Monday, September 15 until further notice for construction. From Stop S09210 Bath / Kingston Centre, Express 702/702B buses to detour via Bath, Princess, and Alfred. Following stops are out of service during these times:

- Stop 00327 Palace / Park (west side)
- Stop 09211 324 Palace Rd. (west side)
- Stop 00346 Johnson / Willingdon
- Stop 00350 Johnson / Victoria
- Stop 00352 Johnson / Alfred

Use the following alternative stops instead:

- Stop S00363 800 Princess St.
- Temporary stop on Princess (south side), west of Albert
- Stop 09070 Princess / Alfred (south side) Started Thu Sep 11
