Individuals will need to have an active CharmPass account. CharmPass can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Once received and reviewed for compliance, a monthly pass will be loaded onto the CharmPass account within two business days for activation by the employee prior to travel. If the shutdown continues past 30 days, MTA will load additional passes onto registered accounts.
