Shuttle Buses Replacing Red Line Rail Service Dec. 13-14 Started Sat Dec 13 Until
Saturday, December 13 through Sunday, December 14, 2025, due to signal work for the Tower City East Portals project the following rail line service shutdowns will be in effect:

Red Line trains will operate between Stokes-Windermere and East 55th St. stations and
between Tower City and Airport stations. Replacement bus service (#66R, #67R, #68R)
will fill the gap between E. 55th St. and Tower City stations. On these two dates only, all westbound
Red Line trains will depart from the main Tower City Station, not the Track 7 platform.

Beginning Monday, Dec. 15: All eastbound rail service at Tower City using Track 8 Starts Mon Dec 15 Until Wed Jan 1 3000
Eastbound Red Line rail service at Tower City is using Track 8 beginning Monday, Dec. 15. Riders needing to board eastbound Red Line trains will proceed to the bottom level of Tower City, and turn right for Track 8 after entering the Red Line platform.
