B4 buses are detoured in both directions because of a car crash on Neptune Ave between Ocean Pkwy and Coney Island Ave.

Westbound buses will not make stops from Neptune Ave/Coney Island Ave to Neptune Ave/Ocean Pwky.
Instead, buses will make stops along Brighton Beach Ave, as requested.
