From Tuesday, Sept. 8, through Saturday, Oct. 31, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, sidewalk revision work will take place at 77th Ave SE near the west entrance to Mercer Island Station. Started Thu Oct 8 Until Sat Oct 31
This work will take place outside the west entrance of 77th Ave SE. The sidewalk will be closed to northbound traffic during working hours, including the drop-off/pick-up location.

The sidewalk to the north of this entrance will be closed for the duration of the project, so passengers can only access this entrance from the south.
On Saturday, October 31, and Sunday, November 1, from 11 p.m. through the end of service, shuttle buses will replace 2 Line trains between International District/Chinatown and Judkins Park stations for scheduled track maintenance. Starts Sat Oct 31 Until Sun Nov 1
2 Line trains will not operate between Lynnwood and International District/Chinatown stations. For service between Lynnwood and International District/Chinatown stations, board 1 Line trains, which run every 24 minutes.

2 Line trains will still operate every 16 minutes between Judkins Park and Downtown Redmond stations.

Shuttle buses will run every 10-15 minutes. Below are shuttle bus stops for affected stations:

- International District/Chinatown Station
To Downtown Redmond: 5th Ave S & S Weller St

- Judkins Park
To Lynnwood: Rainier Ave S under I-90 bridge (northbound)

Additionally, 1 Line trains will share one track between University of Washington and Roosevelt stations. Below are platform boarding instructions:

Please plan ahead for additional travel time.
From Nov. 3, 2026, through Jan. 29, 2027, on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Northgate Parking Garage will have reduced parking capacity due to construction. Starts Tue Nov 3 Until Fri Jan 29
Passengers can still access Northgate Station during construction.

Parking capacity will be reduced on levels B3 and B4.
*On Saturday, Dec. 7, parking will temporarily be restored for one day and planned work will resume after.

This work will improve the parking garage’s structural integrity.
