The Michigan Avenue elevator located on the southwest corner of Michigan and Randolph is permanently out of service. Customers can use the South Water elevator, 225 N Michigan Avenue, or McCormick Place as an alternate boarding station.

The 87th Street/Woodruff elevator is out of service. Customers can use 55th/56th/57th Street or 103rd Street/Roosmoor as alternate boarding stations.

Beginning May 9, 2025, the 115th Street Morgan Park Station will be temporarily inaccessible to ADA users due to station reconstruction. Full site construction is expected to continue through Spring 2026. An accessible alternative is the 111th Street Morgan Park Station. Metra will provide updates once accessibility is restored.
