Oakridge-41st Avenue Station will close early from Dec 14 to Jan 15 (Sunday to Thursday nights only) at 11:00 PM instead of 1:30 AM while construction crew complete upgrades to the station's roof; trains will not stop here during this time. Starts Thu Jan 15 Until Fri Jan 16

The early closure is to allow construction crew to safely complete demolition of current station canopy/roof and install new glass roof that offers better weather protection. There will be hoarding signage inside and outside station, digital signage at platforms, and audio announcements on trains.

Closures will take place from 11:00 PM to end of service Sunday to Thursday nights only and excluding Friday and Saturday nights.

The station will not close early on December 24, 25, 31, January 1, and on Friday and Saturday nights.

During these closures, please allow for up to 20 minutes of additional travel time and use Route 15 and N15 NightBus at Oakridge-41st Avenue Station to travel between King Edward and Langara-49th Avenue stations.

Some weekday trips will follow an alternate service pattern that will travel east of the Knight Street Bridge to Knox Way. This will add approximately six minutes of travel time on these trips.

For these trips, the bus destination signs on northbound buses will display '407 BRIDGEPORT VIA VULCAN & KNOX WAY' and on southbound buses '407 GILBERT VIA VULCAN & KNOX WAY'. Northbound trips will continue to end at Marine Drive and Knight Street, and southbound trips will continue to end in Steveston.

We're also adding two new northbound trips - via Knox Way - on weekday mornings, at 4:25 a.m. and 4:48 a.m.

The last outbound trains will depart stations approximately 5 minutes later than normal timetable stated times.

The effective headways during this work are:

Waterfront Station - Bridgeport Station - 10 minutes

Bridgeport Station - Richmond-Brighouse Station - 20 minutes

Bridgeport Station - YVR Airport Station - 20 minutes

Oakridge-41st Avenue Station will close early from Jan 26 - late March (Sunday to Thursday nights only) at 11:00 PM instead of 1:30 AM while construction crew complete upgrades to the station's roof; trains will not stop here during this time. Starts Tue Mar 31 Until Wed Apr 1

The early closure is to allow construction crew to safely complete demolition of current station canopy/roof and install new glass roof that offers better weather protection. There will be hoarding signage inside and outside station, digital signage at platforms, and audio announcements on trains.

Closures will take place from 11:00 PM to end of service Sunday to Thursday nights only and excluding Friday and Saturday nights.

The station will not close early on Feb 16 (Family Day), and on Friday and Saturday nights.

During these closures, please allow for up to 20 minutes of additional travel time and use Route 15 and N15 NightBus at Oakridge-41st Avenue Station to travel between King Edward and Langara-49th Avenue stations.
