Due to building works and scaffolding in place, the bus stop on Whitworth Street/opposite Palace Theatre is closed.
The guided busway will be closed between East Bond Street and Newearth Road. All Stops between these points (except Astley Street) will be closed in both directions. As a result, services will be on diversion.

The bus stop on Clarendon Road, near Park Road, is closed due to nearby building construction work taking place.
The bus stop on Ashton Lane, near the Magistrates Court, will be closed due to maintenance works taking place.
From Monday 13 July to Sunday 2 August, tram improvement works will take place at various locations on the network including between Deansgate-Castlefield and Trafford Bar, in the city centre and on the Eccles line. During this time, no trams will operate on the Eccles, Trafford Centre and Altrincham lines, with further service changes in place across the network. A replacement bus service will operate between the affected stops. There will be a change to replacement bus stop locations at Timperley and Navigation Road on Sunday 26 July.
Due to maintenance work, a stop closure will be implemented on Oldham Street.
On Sunday 9 August, from the start of service until 2pm, tram improvement works will take place at Deansgate-Castlefield and Trafford Bar. During this time, no trams will operate on the Eccles, Trafford Centre and Altrincham lines, with further service changes in place across the network. A replacement bus service will operate between the affected stops.
From Saturday 15 to Sunday 16 August, works will take place at Manchester Town Hall. To allow these works to happen safely, no trams will operate via Exchange Square. Services on the East Didsbury and Trafford Centre lines will operate via Market Street and Shudehill instead.
From Saturday 15 until Friday 28 August, track renewal works will take place on the Rochdale line. During this time, service changes will be in place. A bus replacement service will operate between the affected stops.

On Saturday 5 September, from the start of service until 2pm, improvement works will take place on the Rochdale line. During this time, no trams will operate between Freehold and Rochdale Town Centre. A bus replacement service will operate between the affected stops.
On Sunday 6 September, from the start of service until 11am, tram improvement works will take place at Deansgate-Castlefield and Trafford Bar. During this time, no trams will operate on the Eccles, Trafford Centre and Altrincham lines, with further service changes in place across the network. During this time, the Rochdale and Bury lines will terminate at Victoria, the East Didsbury line will terminate at Exchange Square, the Manchester Airport will operate to Piccadilly and the Trafford Centre line will run to Deansgate-Castlefield. A bus replacement service will operate between Piccadilly and Victoria until 11am.
On Sunday 20 September, from the start of service until 10am, no trams will operate through Victoria. During this time, the Rochdale and Bury lines will terminate at Victoria, the East Didsbury line will terminate at Exchange Square, the Manchester Airport will operate to Piccadilly and the Trafford Centre line will run to Deansgate-Castlefield. A bus replacement service will operate between Piccadilly and Victoria until 11am.

A bus replacement service will operate between Piccadilly and Victoria until 11am.
Essential improvement works will be taking place at Prestwich Metrolink stop. Tram services will not be affected however, there may be an increased presence of staff at this stop during this time.

The bus stop on Bradshawgate, near Wood Street, will be closed due to maintenance works taking place.

The bus stop on Chapel Lane, at the junction of High Elm Road is closed due to works taking place.
The bus stop on Bury Road, at the junction of Ainsworth Lane is closed due to works taking place.
The bus stop on Darlington Street East, at the junction on Birkett Bank is closed due to works taking place.
The bus stops on Belmont Road, at the junction of Wilkinson Road are closed due to works taking place.
