Starting Saturday, October 18 at 6 a.m. through Sunday, October 19 at 5 p.m., 8 Street S.W. between 6 Avenue S.W. - 7 Avenue S.W. will be fully closed for signal work and 3 left lanes of 6 Avenue S.W. @ 8 Street S.W. will be closed. Routes 2, 6, 7 and 13 will be detoured.


Southbound routes 2 & 6 will travel:



  • From West on 6 Avenue S.W.

  • South on 9 Street S.W.

  • East on 8 Avenue S.W.

  • South on 8 Street S.W., to regular route


Northbound routes 2, 7 & 13 will travel:



  • From North on 8 Street S.W.

  • East on 8 Avenue S.W.

  • North on 6 Street S.W.

  • West on 6 Avenue S.W.

  • North on 8 Street S.W., to regular route


The following stops will be temporarily closed:
