Starting Friday, September 4 at 8 p.m. through Saturday, September 5 at 7 p.m., the southbound lane and a single northbound left lane on 10 Street N.W. between 2 Avenue and 3 Avenue N.W. will be fully closed for deep utility tie-in. A single northbound lane will be open for northbound traffic. Route 104 will be detoured.

Eastbound route 104 will travel:

• From East on 4 Avenue N.W.


• South on 8 Street N.W.


• North on 2 Avenue N.W., to regular route

Westbound route 104 will travel:

• From South 2 Avenue N.W.


• West on 8 Street N.W.


• South on 4 Avenue N.W.


• South on 9A Street N.W.


• West on 3 Avenue N.W.


• North on 10 Street N.W., to regular route

The following stops will be temporarily closed:
