Due to continuing construction at Allandale Waterfront GO, the temporary GO bus stops will remain on Essa Road near Gowan Street. Here’s what you need to know:• For customers travelling southbound to Union Station, the temporary bus stop is on the west side of Gowan Street. • For customers travelling northbound to Barrie Transit Terminal, the temporary stop is located at the corner of Gowan Street and Essa Road. • The pedestrian walkway via the Barrie Allandale Transit Terminal (Allandale Waterfront GO) is available for customers accessing the temporary street stops from the station side. • Access to the station and the passenger pick-up and drop off area from the intersection of Lakeshore Drive and Tiffin Street remains closed.
