Due to the Neptune’s 8K Race on Atlantic Avenue, Saturday, September 26, 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM, and the Neptune Festival Grand Parade on Atlantic Avenue, Saturday, September 26, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM, the Route 31 will detour. The Route 30, during this time, will not begin service on Saturday until 2:00 PM. The lineup for the Route 31 at 3rd and Atlantic Ave will be moved to 19th and Parks, until after 2:00 PM. Due to increased traffic for the Neptune Festival, September 26 – 28, oceanfront buses will also see delays.
