Due to the Fish Bowl Classic Parade in downtown Portsmouth on Saturday, September 26, 2026. Due to road closures, the lineup for downtown Portsmouth will be moved to Wythe Street and Port Centre Pkwy. (adjacent to the WAVY-10 building) from 7:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
