Elizabeth River Run 10K Started Thu Sep 10 Until Sun Sep 13 The 47th Annual Elizabeth River Run 10K and 1 Mile Fun Run will take place in Downtown Portsmouth on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Due to road closures, the lineup for Downtown Portsmouth will be moved to Bart St and Court St from 7:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The routes 45, 47, 50 and 980 will detour.
