Repaving is now complete, and Elliott Avenue has reopened to buses between Division and Leroy Grant as of start of day Monday, August 31. Route 2 Division St. buses will resume service to Elliott and Leroy Grant as of that date.

Traffic on University Avenue restricted from start of day until 5 p.m. Saturday, September 5 for Queen’s University move-in. Routes 1 and 2 to detour in both directions via Union, Court, and West. No Route 1 or 2 service to the following stops:

- Stop 00317 Stuart / Arch (north side)
- Stop 00318 Stuart / George (south side)
- Stop S00426 Queen’s / Kingston General Hospital (south side of Stuart)
- Stop S00427 Queen’s / Kingston General Hospital (north side of Stuart)
- Stop 09100 Ellis Hall (west side of University)
- Stop 09101 Grant Hall (east side of University)

Please use the following alternate stops:

- Stop 00300 Bagot / Earl (east side)
- Stop 00301 Bagot / West (west side)
- Stop S02042 Union / Alfred (north side)
- Stop 09099 Union / Alfred (south side)
