StartedEastbound B9 buses will not serve stops from Flatbush Ave/Flatlands Ave to Flatbush Ave/Ave S.
Westbound B9 buses will not serve stops from Flatbush Ave/Utica Ave to Flatbush Ave/Flatlands Ave.
While detoured, buses will make request stops along Utica Ave and Ave K.
