• 10-Old Town - University/College
Due to the Hillcrest Farmers Market University Avenue will be closed in both directions from Herbert St to Park Bl every Sunday from 5:00am-5:30pm starting on 1/26 to 12/28. As a result, the route 10 will be on detour and the eastbound route 10 stop on University Ave at Park Blvd (#13354) and the westbound route 10 bus stops on University Ave at Park Blvd (#13355) and University Ave at Vermont St (#11254) will be closed. Passengers are advised to board the eastbound route 10 at the northbound route 7 stop on Park Blvd at University Ave (#12456) and the westbound route 10 at the southbound route 7 stop on Park Blvd at University Ave (#12066) or at University Ave at 9th Ave (#10852).
Due to Road Work(El Cajon Pipeline Project), Route 864 Eastbound and Westbound will be on a detour and have multiple bus stop closures starting Monday, May 04, 2026 through Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 8am to 3:30pm. The direction and affected bus stops are listed below.

Passengers are advised to catch the westbound route 10 at Washington St & Trolley Tracks (#99373)
Due to construction at East County Square Walmart, stop 41158 will be temporarily closed 24 hours a day 7 days a week beginning June 1, 2026 through October 1, 2026. An A-Frame has been placed in front of the Dollar Tree at East County Square where passengers can board Route 838.

Due to construction, the eastbound Rt.10 bus stop at Washington & India St (#13353) will be closed from 3/9/26 to 12/31/26 (24hrs).
Passengers are directed to catch the eastbound RT.10 at Washington & Pac Hwy (#13351).
Due to Construction at East County Square Walmart, stop #41158 will be temporarily closed 24 Hrs. a day 7 days a week beginning June 1, 2026 through October 1, 2026. A-Frame has been placed in front of the dollar tree at East County Square where passengers can Board and De Board Route 864.
Route 280/290 North & Southbound bus stop closure. Due to CRSSD Music Festival - Fall 2026, starting Septembet 21st 4:00am to September 30th 11:59pm. The bus stop located at Ash St & Pacific Hwy #97004 will be closed during these dates and times.
280/290 Northbound starting location will be moved to Pacific Hwy & Grape St.
280/290 Southbound last stop will be moved to Pacific Hwy & Beech St
Due to construction, the routes 1,10 & 11 bus stop located at westbound University Av & Vermont St (#11254), will be closed 10/22/25 - 12/31/26 (24/7).
Passengers are advised to catch all routes at University Av & 9th Av.
Due to the University Bikeway Project, the route 10 bus stop located at University Av & College Av (#88823), will be closed 08/02/26 -12/31/26 (24/7)
