Due to construction, the 928 Southbound will have a stop closure (Stop ID #99103) at Balboa Ave. and Ruffin Rd from 04/07/2026 to 05/15/2026 for 24 hours a day. Passengers are advised to make connections at Spectrum Center Blvd. and Ruffin Rd.
Due to Road Work, Route 115 Eastbound and Westbound on Jackson Dr. between Cowles Mountain Blvd & Lake Shore Dr. will have multiple bus stop closures on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 through Wednesday, May 6, 2026 from 8am to 6pm. The direction of route and closed bus stops listed below.

Due to construction, the Route 3 stop toward UCSD located at Washington St & 3rd Ave (Stop #11236) will be temporarily closed from March 5, 2026, to March 5, 2028 (24 hours/day).
Passengers are advised to use the nearby stop at Washington St & 5th Ave (Stop #11243) for continued service.
Due to construction, the following Route 3 bus stops will be temporarily closed on weekdays only from June 6, 2025, through July 31, 2026, between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM:

Due to construction and closure on 5th Ave @ Brookes, northbound Route 3 & 120 will be detouring around this activity 4/20/26 - 5/8/26 (Mon - Fri Only) from
6:30am - 4pm each day. While on detour, Route 3 will not be able to service the bus stops on 5th @ Brookes (ID# 12429) or 5th @ Pennsylvania (ID# 12432). Passengers will be able to connect with the Route 3 at the stops on 5th @ Upas (ID# 12773) or 5th @ University (ID# 12431) in lieu of those stops.
Route 120 will not be missing any stops while on this detour.
Due to the Classic Car Show 5th Ave will be closed between Pennsylvania and Evans Pl. The northbound routes 3 & 120 will be on detour on Saturday 5/16 from 11:30am-4:00pm. The route 3 bus stops on 5th Ave at Brookes Ave (#12429) and 5th Ave at Pennsylvania Ave (#12432) will be closed during the event, route 120 will not miss any stops. Passengers are advised to board the routes 3 & 120 at 5th Ave at Upas St (#12773) or 5th Ave at University Ave (#12430).
