Due to construction at East County Square Walmart, stop 41158 will be temporarily closed 24 hours a day 7 days a week beginning June 1, 2026 through October 1, 2026. An A-Frame has been placed in front of the Dollar Tree at East County Square where passengers can board Route 838.

Due to construction, the Route 3 stop toward UCSD located at Washington St & 3rd Ave (Stop #11236) will be temporarily closed from March 5, 2026, to March 5, 2028 (24 hours/day).
Passengers are advised to use the nearby stop at Washington St & 5th Ave (Stop #11243) for continued service.

Due to the Classic Car Show 5th Ave will be closed between Pennsylvania and Evans Pl. The northbound routes 3 & 120 will be on detour on Saturday 10/17 from 11:30am-4:00pm. The route 3 bus stops on 5th Ave at Brookes Ave (#12429) and 5th Ave at Pennsylvania Ave (#12432) will be closed during the event, route 120 will not miss any stops. Passengers are advised to board the routes 3 & 120 at 5th Ave at Upas St (#12773) or 5th Ave at University Ave (#12430).
