• 28-Florida & New Chicago to Perris STC
On Saturday, November 1, routes 19, 27, 28, 30 and 61 will follow a detour in Perris from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. due to the Veterans Parade event. During the special event, San Jacinto Avenue and D Street will be closed. Additionally, bus stops 2084, 2133, 2134, 2861, 2872, 2873, 3540 and 4747 within the impacted area will be temporarily out of service. Please plan accordingly and allow for extra travel time. On Saturday, November 1, starting at 3:00 a.m. through Monday, November 3, at 3:00 a.m., Market Street between 14th Street and University Avenue in downtown Riverside will be closed due to the Riverside Day of the Dead event, prompting detours for routes 1, 13 and 15. During the closure the following stops will be out of service: 1082, 1147, 3502, 3503 and 4609. Customers can use alternative stops 1080 and 3574 for eastbound trips, as well as 1081 and 3491 for westbound trips. See map for details. Bus Stop 3114 on Pats Ranch Road at 64th Street in Jurupa Valley, served by Route 3 northbound, will be closed for construction through November 14, 2025. During this time, customers can use the temporary bus stop at Limonite Avenue and Pats Ranch Road (#4644).
Starting Monday, August 4, Route 74 will be on detour due to the long-term closure of Bradley Road for construction taking place on the Bradley Bridge, over Salt Creek. Bradley Road will be closed from Pebble Beach Drive to the south of Rio Vista Drive. The closure is expected to remain in effect through fall 2026. During this time, stops 3153, 3131 and 3132 will be out of service. The closest available stops are 3130, 3152 and 3154. See map at RiversideTransit.com. Bus Stop 1276 on Mission Trail at Lewis Street in Lake Elsinore, served by Route 8 clockwise, will be closed for construction from October 30, 2025 to January 20, 2026. Customers can use alternate stops at Mission Trail and Vine Street (#1275) and Mission Trail and Corydon Road (#1277). Contact our Customer Information Center at 951.565.5002 for travel assistance.
Due to construction, routes 1, 16, 51, 56 and 204 will detour near UC Riverside from Monday, October 27, through Friday, October 31. The UCR at Bannockburn stop, along with other stops on Campus and Canyon Crest drives, will be temporarily out of service. A temporary layover and transfer point will be at bus stop 2637 on Iowa Avenue between University Avenue and Linden Street. See map for details. Beginning Thursday, April 10 until late November, Routes 8 and 23 will follow a detour in Wildomar due to the Palomar Street Widening and Cemetery Improvement Project on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. During construction, several bus stops within the impacted area will be out of service.
