#68R buses will replace Green Line rail service between Shaker Square and Green Road stations, Saturday, October 3 - Tuesday, October 6, 2026, due to planned GCRTA engineering projects in that area. Orange #68R bus stop signs designate boarding locations. #68R buses will operate on a 30-minute frequency during this time.
October 7-12, 2026, #67R and #68R buses will replace Blue and Green Line rail service between Tower City station and the end of both lines due to planned GCRTA engineering projects in that area.
#67R, and #68R buses do not stop at the Tri-C-Campus District station. Riders wishing to access this station can use the #15 Union-Harvard or #19/19A/19B – Broadway bus lines. The Tower City stop is located on W. Prospect at W. 3rd St. Orange #67R, and #68R bus stop signs designate boarding locations.
#67R and #68R buses will each operate on a 30-minute frequency during this shutdown.
Regular Blue Line service will resume with the start of service on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

E. 79th Street Blue-Green Line station improvements are underway. The station will be closed during construction.
The #2 East 79th Street bus route will continue to service the station on weekdays. Seven-day RTA routes in the vicinity include the Red Line and the #14-#14A Kinsman bus route.
