The Media-Sharon Hill Line is now the “D” as part of system-wide wayfinding improvements. The 101 is the D1, and the 102 is the D2. Expect to see both old and new language used through the transition. Learn more at septa.org/metro.
From Saturday, July 19 through Sunday, July 20, bus service replaces trolley service for the entirety of [D1] Route 101 and [D2] Route 102. Riders should add approximately 15 minutes to their travel time and look for signage at stations for bus boarding locations.
Service will be reduced by 20% on the [D1] on August 24, 2025 if new state funding is not approved.
