GOVA Detour: In celebration of National Accessibility Week, there will be a movie night and accessibility expo closing Durham Street from Thursday, May 30 at 6 p.m. to Friday, May 31 at 5 p.m. This will affect GOVA Transit Routes 3, 10, and 14. These routes will travel straight on Elgin, right on Larch and resume regular routing. Bus stop #1080 (YMCA) will not be serviced. Riders can use stop #1060 (Larch Medical Centre). GOVA Update: Individuals aged 65 and older can ride GOVA Transit for free every Tuesday in June, between 6 a.m. and midnight. The free rides are also available to seniors who are clients of GOVA Plus. Trips aboard GOVA Plus must be reserved at least two business days in advance. To enjoy a free ride on Tuesdays in June, seniors just need to identify themselves to the bus operator.
