Bus passengers on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore are advised to plan ahead as industrial action is affecting real time travel information. Opal card readers on buses in these areas may be turned off. Buses are expected to run, but real time tracking information may not be available in apps and online journey planners. Passengers are advised to allow extra travel time, and consider travelling outside peak periods where possible.
From 4AM Sunday 6 April, bus stop Alfred St at Lavender St (206128) will be permanently relocated approximately 80m south of the current stop due to works for the Sydney Harbour Bridge Cycleway Northern Access Project.
