While eastbound Q19 buses are detoured, the 12th St and 14th St stops along Astoria Blvd will not be made.

Westbound Q19 buses will not service stops along Astoria Blvd from 27th Ave to 8th St.

Buses will instead make stops, as requested, along 30th Ave.
