April 15, 2024 - until further noticePennDOT begins restoration on the Markley Street/Elm Street stone arch bridge over Stony Creek on April 15. During construction, Markley Street is closed between Marshall Street and Spruce Street/Harding Boulevard. Elm Street is closed between Astor Street and Swede Street. During the closure, vehicles, pedestrians and trucks are directed to follow the posted detour routes.Drivers are advised to allow extra travel time.
