Ongoing track conditions between Confederation GO and Niagara Falls GO (VIA Station) continue to require trains to operate at reduced speeds through the area. As a result, trips may experience delays of up to 30 minutes while crews work to resolve the issue. Customers are encouraged to allow extra travel time and check their trip before travelling. From September 19 to October 13, the passenger Pick-Up & Drop-Off area will undergo planned rehabilitation work. The work will be completed in two stages over approximately four weeks.Here’s what you need to know:· Stage 1 – North Two Lanes: September 19 – September 29, 2026: The two north passenger pick up and drop off lanes will be closed to vehicle traffic. The south lane will remain open and accessible to the public for passenger pick up and drop off.· Stage 2 – South Lane: September 30 – October 13, 2026: Once Stage 1 is complete, the configuration will be switched. The south lane will be closed to complete the remaining work, while the two north lanes will be reopened and made available to the public for passenger pick up and drop off.· Please follow all directional signage and use caution when moving around the construction area.· Please allow extra time for pick up and drop off at your station.
