While Knox County schools are in session, Route 40, South Knoxville, will be on a long-term detour, for the 2:15 trip, INBOUND ONLY, Monday through Friday.

Inbound from Moody Avenue, continue straight into Sevierville Pike, left on Compton Street, left on Haywood Avenue, left on Cottrell Street, left on Wynn, right on Moody Avenue to the regular route.

Detour for Route 40: South Knoxville Started Tue Aug 18 12:00AM Until Fri Aug 21 11:59PM
Due to construction on Sevier at McClung, Route 40 will be detoured until August 21 at 6 pm.
