You can contact us six days a week! We've added customer service hours on Saturdays and extended hours on weekdays. Kingston Transit will be updating our office hours (questions / lost & found) to the below:

Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
Sunday: closed

Route 12 will not service stop S02070 St. Lawrence College during labour disruption at St. Lawrence College. Route 12 buses will begin and end at stop S09149 Providence Care Hospital. No Route 12 service to the following stops:

- Stop 00459 King / Portsmouth (north side)
- Stop 00460 Portsmouth / Baiden (east side)
- Stop 00464 Portsmouth / Calderwood (east side)
