On Saturday, February 28, 2026, the City of Newport News will host the Maritime 5k/Mile Fun Run as part of the One City Marathon weekend events. Starting Sunday, February 1, 2026, the Routes 107, 111, 112, and 414 will not service the following bus stops due to construction:
3171 JEFFERSON & HABERSHAM
5824 JEFFERSON & JEFFERSON COMMONS
Until further notice, passengers will need to board / disembark at a temporary stop at Jefferson & Bland located next to Rooms To Go.
On Monday, March 2, 2026, the information booths located in the
transit centers will close from 10:00 AM until approximately 2:30
PM. Tickets may be purchased via the ticket vending machine in
the lobby. Route information and schedules are always available
