On the weekends of November 15-16 and 22-23, express and local shuttle buses will replace regular train service between Worcester and Framingham. Starts Sun Nov 23 Until Mon Nov 24
Framingham/Worcester Line Commuter Rail service will operate between Framingham and South Station only. Riders can take local or express shuttle buses between Framingham and Worcester.

Travel Time:
Riders using the shuttle buses should budget extra travel time. For example, a rider traveling to South Station from Worcester should budget at least 20 minutes of travel in addition to their regular trip time.

Accessibility Information:
There will be no accessible van replacement, as all shuttle buses are equipped with a wheelchair lift and all shuttle stops are accessible.

Worcester Union Station Information:
All shuttle buses will pick-up and drop-off at the Worcester Union Station Bus Terminal. Please use Bus Berth #3 at Union Station for inbound shuttle service towards Framingham.

There is no accessible path connecting the inbound and outbound platforms at Wellesley Square Station. The existing path includes steep slopes and is long. Designs are underway to provide for a fully compliant pathway. Started Fri Feb 28 2025
There are accessible mini-high platforms at the Western end of both the Track 1 and Track 2 sides. However, the existing pedestrian path between the two sides is long and includes steep slopes, especially on the Crest Road bridge over the tracks. Designs are underway to provide for a fully compliant pathway.
The Commuter Rail will operate on a weekend schedule on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th and will resume operating on a regular weekday schedule the following day, Friday, November 28th. Starts Thu Nov 27 Until Sat Nov 29
